Council: 11376 - BRIDGTON-FRYEBURG

Project Description:

As one of our many Pro-Life activities, the Mother Seton House, a crisis pregnancy center in Fryeburg, ME remains our primary focus. The Center provides a safe and secure environment 24/7 for expectant women during their pregnancy and up to a year for a mother and her baby after the birth. Women living there receive loving care and moral support from the staff and encouraged to get training in various occupations from New Hampshire College in No. Conway, NH so they can support themselves and their babies. In addition to physical labor, our Council conducted two Baby Bottle Drives and donated
$1,000.00 from a Haddock Dinner in November. The work performed at the home included carpentry, yard work, snow removal and participation in the other Seton House Director meetings.
